Constipation (english version)

assalamualaikum...tonight I would like to post some useful info about Constipation,Why and How to prevent..(if anything wrong with my english just ignore my bad grammar ok)What is Constipation?It refers to bowel movements that are infrequent or hard to pass. Constipation is a common cause of painful defecation. Severe constipation includes obstipation (failure to pass stools or gas) and fecal impaction.






Causes:-
-Lack of mineral and fibre inside your body
- Lack of daily movements
- To many eating of slow digestional food such as meat and chocolate

Solution:
- Drink a lot of water. average of 3 liter per day
- Add more fibre food on your meal such as vegetable and fruit contain a lot of fibre.the best fibre food based on my experience is papaya.
- Do some exercise dailyp/s..kalau x berkesan dan maasih berterusan,dinasihatkan utk pergi ke klinik berhampiran anda untuk pemeriksaan yg lebih lanjut :))
